 Just installed the program.Has 2 Indicators that I think are very important to check for a quick Hard Drive Health.Besides that it has a few more interesting features.Would be nice to see other features, like current memory and processor use ,or available and used hard disc space.
 that program is very good but I wish ask:- why can it not control usb drive hard disks?- how is it possible that a hd is warm when it is not in use?
 Installed on my three machines with no problems seems to be working fine, time will tell.
 Works, but I'm skeptical about its HDD temperature judgement. My XPC Shuttle appears to be running within its design specifications in a 20 to 23 degree ambient and I clean the dust out regularly so I would not expect the 59 deg temp to be throwing up warnings continuously.

 Does not work on my machine. Displays an error message, invalid option. Vista x64 ultimate.
Software or link is not what it says to be. I\'ve been downloading HDD Temperature and Temperature Pro and it is the same software. Both times I installed software on Windows Server 2003 and got error message saying that this program is not compatible with the OS. No chance to evaluate product though. :-(
very good software. easy and friendly to use and does the job right. what more you can ask?the only thing I think will be a plus is that it manage to read temps from hard drives connected to a pci sata controller and usb ports...cant find any kind of soft that has this function.
Program would not install. Code error and then something about licensing. I thought it was a 30 day trial. We are trying to find a program to monitor HD temps, in particular a number of 1TB Seagate drives using a Promise SATA 300 TX4 HD controller over the network. We have tried SpeedFan and HD Sentinel, but without success. But, at least those programs started up. We are using SpeedFan to monitor other HDs and have been successful with that program, however SpeedFan can't read the SATA drives.
my hdd's run at 55c (I hate this) but they were made to run up to 60c, program made me feel like my hdd's were going to dye on me.
Will not use it as it seems not possible to monitor external HDD (like USB drive)Thanks

 Nice product and provides a lot of detailed information. I really like the UI also. I did have a comment. When I ran a Self Test on a samsung 160GB SATA drive it ran okay but the HD was unusable after it completed. The OS completely lost it. I had to do a power off/on to get it back. I was really sweating it for a while. Also I had a bad sector reported by a backup application. Disk Sent. also showed a bad sector but said it was fixed and I did not have to do anything, but ...
This program was unable to read SATA Hard drive temperatures using a Promise SATA 300 TX4 controller card for the Seagate 1TB hard drives.
 IT Support The main features of -Hard Disk Sentinel- are harddisk monitoring. After running the trial software -Hard Disk Sentinel, I noticed that I already have harddisk monitoring censors in place regarding temperature and S.M.A.R.T. harddisk info.

USB drive Nice software but only few information about USB HDD are possible.
